New ISBA President to Focus on Leadership and Wellness

For more than four decades, Codilis & Associates in Burr Ridge, Illinois is a law firm that has specialized in representing clients in various aspects of real estate law. Additionally, the attorneys at Codilis and Associates maintain membership with the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA), a professional organization that provides education and support for lawyers throughout the state.

Last June, Sosin, Arnold & Schoenbeck founding member David B. Sosin officially took the reigns as the ISBA president during the organization’s annual meeting. He will spend a year at the helm of the organization, during which time he plans to focus on launching the ISBA Leadership Academy, an initiative that will focus on investing in the development of new leaders for the organization and the legal community within its ranks.

Sosin also says he will work on crafting guidelines for small firm succession planning and resources to support the health and wellness of members attorneys, such as ISBA-sponsored health insurance plans for its members.
