Founded in 1975, the legal aid program has provided a number of legal services to this community, many of which are family related, specifically, divorce, custody, and child support.
Those in need of legal aid will be screened to determine whether they are eligible. Residents must also provide documentation to verify that the information provided is true. If eligible, the person can receive free legal assistance from DuPage County Bar Association attorneys within the courtroom and in meetings with clients.
